Chaplain Dale has identified some of his favorite wedding venues.  They are operated by great people who will treat you well.  Of course, with his elopement recommendations, he suggests these as among places he enjoys holding small intimate ceremonies, though these are usually more informally or even spontaneously arranged, without talking with managers when the elopement involves only a very few people.
